Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of DecorSlip, a packing slip and box label application operated by Rightrock Sportswear LLC DBA DecorSlip ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using DecorSlip, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use DecorSlip.

1. Description of Service

DecorSlip is a cloud-based software-as-a-service (SaaS) tool that allows screen printers, decorators, and apparel businesses to create packing slips, generate box labels, send shipping confirmation emails to customers, and manage order history. The service is available at decorslip.app.

2. Accounts and Eligibility

To use DecorSlip, you must create an account with a valid email address. You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of yourself or your business.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@decorslip.app if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Free Trial

New accounts receive a free trial period with full access to DecorSlip features. No credit card is required to start a trial. At the end of the trial period, access to the app will require an active paid subscription. Trial data is preserved and accessible upon subscribing.

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

DecorSlip offers the following monthly subscription plans:

All plans are billed monthly. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.

Prices are listed in US dollars. We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' notice to active subscribers via email.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel, log in to DecorSlip, open Settings, and click "Manage Subscription." You can also email us at hello@decorslip.app and we will cancel on your behalf.

Upon cancellation, your subscription remains active through the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again after cancellation.

We do not offer refunds for unused trial time or for unused features within a subscription tier.

6. Shop Plan — Team Seats

Shop plan subscribers may invite up to 4 additional team members (5 total seats). Invited users share the shop owner's settings, branding, and slip history. The shop owner is responsible for all activity by invited team members. Removing a team member revokes their access immediately. Adding or removing seats does not change the flat monthly price.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use DecorSlip to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Transmit spam, unsolicited emails, or fraudulent communications to end customers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
• Reverse engineer, copy, or resell any part of the service
• Use the service to process or store data that infringes third-party intellectual property rights
• Interfere with the security or integrity of DecorSlip's systems

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without refund.

8. Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you enter into DecorSlip — including your company information, customer details, and order data. We do not claim any ownership rights over your content. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to store and process your data solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

9. Intellectual Property

DecorSlip and all associated software, design, trademarks, and content are owned by Rightrock Sportswear LLC DBA DecorSlip. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property beyond the limited right to use the service as described herein.

10. Service Availability and Modifications

We aim to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of planned downtime.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. In the event of permanent discontinuation, we will provide at least 30 days' notice and pro-rate any remaining subscription fees.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

DecorSlip is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free or uninterrupted.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rightrock Sportswear LLC DBA DecorSlip shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of DecorSlip shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of North Carolina.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and notify active subscribers via email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of DecorSlip after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
